La Haute Grange - Gîtes de Charme en Alsace

Park your car in the private car park just outside the gates and come through the garden to  discover Le Chataignier  - the house, the garden and the views ! 

This is a very spacious 'gite"  ( 250 sq.m) on 2 levels.

On the ground floor - a big eat-in kitchen with open fireplace with everything you need to prepare your breakfasts and other meals - a selection of quality dishes ( Villeroy & Boch), pots & pans, serving dishes, an induction hob, micro-wave, electric oven as well as a selection of appliances ( mixer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine,) . A warm & friendly place to linger over a glass of wine, a cup of tea while you plan your days. 

A hallway ( with downstairs loo ) leads through to a large living room - comfy sofas around an open fire then on to a second sitting-room - here you'll find a nice selection of books, magazines, board games as well as a flat screen TV  - just the place to spend an evening with the wood-burning stove to keep you warm. . Curl up with a book ....... 

Upstairs - two double bedrooms each with private bathroom ( walk-in showers and separate toilets) 

Comfy large beds with quality bedding ( winter or summer duvets ) and in the bathrooms a good selection of towels, bathrobes, a hairdryer , hand soap and shower gel  by Caudalie. 

On arrival the beds are made , In season the heating is on ...... drop your bags and relax. 

 The mature garden and patio area are  equipped with garden furniture- - sunbeds, parasols, tables and chairs, - relaxation guaranteed. A covered terrace provides shelter in bad weather / heatwaves (!) still allowing guests to sit out and enjoy the wonderful views.  

We are happy to accept one small dog but please ask in advance.

Le Cerisier is perfect for 2 guests (.Children aged 16 and older are welcome) It's nicely furnished - cosy and chic

From your private car park in front of the house a stairway leads down to your private patio and entrance. 
Enter through the sitting room with dining area - comfy armchairs , a  small flat screen TV, a selection of books and magazines and a mini-bar.

The kitchen is equipped for 2 people with nice crockery and glasses , dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and  coffee makers,
 Along the hallway to the bedroom (a large 160x200 bed), a bathroom with shower and separate toilet

On your arrival, the heating will be on (in season), the bed will be made, (Bathroom linen (towels and bathrobes) and kitchen towels etc  as well as a selection of basic products ( cleaning and condiments, tea, coffee, sugar) are also provided.

Enjoy a glass of wine , breakfast, dinner on your terrace or downstairs in your private  garden and covered patio - with garden furniture and sun loungers all ready for you to enjoy a relaxing moment surrounded by Nature.
